Why do we need to study Engclish

I don't know but sometimes I go mad because I don't why I must study English which makes me unhappy sometimes,I need to comfort myself constantly to continues and remind myself never giving up,my god,I really go mad,I read it and write it,at last must have an exam to prove I can use it,whose mistake,I need to appeal to reject this exam ,the boring exam.
