new life

there is a colleage off duty again,i feel the company is walking to the die,i don't know why we have no passion,maybe we are too young to support the pressure,at fact everyone needs a good life.and hope get a well job,but in reality,we have no enough experience.maybe it's a reason for failure.i came here almost 2months,what i saw and heard are complain,no one really did.of course me too,i didn't try my best.the time is flying,i need to consider whether i should change another job,maybe not,should o on working in this company:To persevere means victory!
