How to fsce the dirty food

In China,if there are nobody directed to death for eating food,I think just somebody finds any dirty thing they will not tell out of it,to stand is usual way to treat that,I don't know why it's so difficult to us,from the past to now Sanlu milk,at fact,nobody is willing to bear,just for the culture of this country,and everyone think no more again.

Sometimes,if the customer have no complains you must be very carefull.
