what is the sucess

I watched the video about "the King of doing work -Tangjun'' who is a legacy man from the young to now,he composses his legacy life with his wisdom and his diligent.Maybe he has been sucessful, so he can say he just looks the course,not the result and if everyone only seek the result so the end is all the death.He can say Japanese and English very fluence because he can work harder than others ,I think sometimes sucess is simple but you need to learn to say "never give up"to you!come on!
