Love yourself more

Less and less the time is,I find I have a little worried so I give myself much mission which can't finish in my schesul time,then I will feel sad and agitated,I should 't seek perfect and care about others' thoughts.I need to love myself more,everyone lives for theirselves,so do I.I should have a happy heart and keep it,never lose yourself,don't act up to yourself.Remenber to love yourself,remenber to measure everything you hold,never give up yourself.
